Personal data provided in the registration form is processed for the purposes of:
- registering for conference participation,
- contacting participants,
- conducting organizational activities,
- performing marketing activities, if the User consents.

In certain cases specified by the Act of 14 July 1983 on the National Archival Resource and Archives, personal data may be classified as archival category “A,” meaning that after 25 years, the data will be transferred to the State Archives.

Users have the following rights:
- access their data,
- rectify data,
- delete data,
- restrict processing,
- object to data processing,
- data portability.

8. Changes to the Privacy and Cookies Policy
The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy and Cookies Policy. Any changes will be posted on the Website and will be effective from the date of posting.
